ACR (Acrylic processing aids) for PVC macromolecule processing is a new modifier of  PVC that is developed by scientific research institute of our company, the product is a copolymer in which methyl acrylic ester  are polymerized with acrylic ester in emulsion and become white flowing powder by pressure spray drying process.
The product is white amorphous powder, it has good chemical stability and thermal stability. bulk  specific weight ≥0.30g/cm3, it can not dissolve in the water and ethyl alcohol, but dissolve in the chloroform.

Function and characteristic:
it is used for improving behavior of soft and hard manufacture of PVC ,reduced melting temperature, and decrease  melting time, so as to improve processing  efficiency, and become homogeneity, smoothing surface product of high quality PVC
ACR has similar polarity and   considerable affinity and intermiscibility to PVC .its functions lie in:
1.  ACR can improve the synchronous homogenous plasticized and heighten thermal stability of PVC ,it can prevent coking  of material partially , reduce the shaping temperature for processing ,shorten plasticizing time and improve production efficiency.
2.  ACR can improve flow behavior of PVC,  shaping material and accelerate the rate of finished product and decrease mechanical wear and tear of machines
3.  ACR can reduce sedimentation on the surface of the machine remarkably that come from additive, and improve the glossiness and other appearance behavior of the end produce and semi-produce apparently.

The product conforms to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) standard, it is used as soft and hard manufacture of PVC, such as tube and pipe , pipe fitting, plate, profiled fitting, sheet material, films and foamed products. it applies to all process of PVC.ACR-401 doesn't break clarity of PVC ,it particularly applicable to clarity manufacture of PVC ,ACR-401 processing behavior is better than ACR-201.
